PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Asharoken will hold a Public Hearing at the Northport Power Plant, 301 Waterside Road, Northport, NY, 11768 on July 1st, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. to consider an amendment to Chapter 125 of the Code of the Village of Asharoken entitled “Zoning” to simplify the process for renewing special use permits for accessory dwellings and to clarify the notice requirements for Board of Zoning Appeals’ public hearings.
