Sealed bids will be received by the Village Clerk, Village of Asharoken, One Asharoken Avenue, Northport, NY 11768, until Friday, May 2^nd , 2014 at 3:00pm prevailing time when they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:

1. 2002 Ford Crown Victoria: Color-White, 8 Cylinder engine, 4 door sedan, Mileage is 155,026. Minimum bid for the 2002 Ford Crown Victoria police vehicle is $2000.00

2. 2006 Ford Crown Victoria: Color-White, 8 Cylinder engine, 4 door sedan, Mileage is 112,859. Minimum bid for the 2006 Ford Crown Victoria police vehicle is $2500.00

The right is reserved to waive any informality in, to reject any or all bids submitted, or to accept the Bid and award the Contract to the lowest, responsible, formal Bidder therefore, pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law.
