TAX LIEN SALE
NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE FOR UNPAID
VILLAGE TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2010 & 2011
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the provisions of the Village Law and the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York and a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Asharoken, Northport, NY 11768, the Village Clerk of said Village will conduct a sale of tax liens in accordance with the procedures adopted by the Board of Trustees in the manner provided by law on the 6th day of March, 2012, at 1 pm at the Village Hall, 1 Asharoken Avenue, Northport, NY 11768, so much of each of the following parcels of real estate upon which Village taxes remain unpaid for the year of 2010 & 2011 as will be sufficient to discharge the tax, fees, interest and charges which may be due thereon respectively at the time of such sale and continue the same from day to day until the said sale shall be completed, and be it further resolved the Village Board reserves its right to authorize and direct the Village Treasurer on behalf of the Village to reject any and all bids for parcels of lands listed in the annual tax lien sale to be held as set forth herein and, and to bid in and purchase if necessary the same for the Village.
