The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Mayor Irving called the work session meeting to order.
Proof of Publication was noted.
Treasurer, Emily Hayes and Village Clerk Nancy Rittenhouse went through the calculation for the New York State Tax Cap Levy Limit.
Village Clerk, Nancy Rittenhouse, presented to the Board members the outstanding property taxes for 2010 and 2011 along with the 2011 tax role and 2010 tax role and requested that the Board members certify the balances.
Motion was made by Mayor Irving to go into Executive session for police matters, seconded Deputy Mayor Tilleli.

Mayor Irving made a motion to go into public session, seconded by Trustee Affrunti.
