The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Deputy Mayor Pierce called the meeting to order.
Proof of Publication.
A total of Eleven (11) Grievance applications were submitted for the 2014-2015 assessment role.
Paul Wotzak, assessor communicated to the board his recommendation via a conference call.
The Board voted to deny ten (10) of the Grievance applications due to insufficient supporting documentation and incomplete information. Letters indicating the reasons for the denials will be sent to the firms and property owners who submitted the Grievance applications.
The Board voted to grant in part the relief requested on one (1) Grievance application.
Deputy Mayor Pierce made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Trustee Jablonski.
