Other Business:

Trustee Jablonski researched the Sexual Harassment Training; he noted that the training extends to everyone who represents the village. He spoke with NYCOM and they indicated that the training must be completed by October 9th, 2019. The State has prepared a training video and the training can be self directed, they just have to have an opportunity to ask questions regarding the training, or we can have a training workshop. If you have an employer who conducts annual certifications you can provide proof that the training was complete.

Mayor Letica recommended that we us the training video; and provide an acknowledgement form to all members that require the training. The form should be signed and dated and also indicate that they have no questions. He noted that we should try to get this completed 90 days prior to the due date. The video is approximately 45 minutes.

Mayor Letica made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Trustee Ettinger.
