The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Publication of meeting was confirmed.
The outstanding tax list for 2017/2018 was presented to the Board along with the 2017 tax role and tax warrant. The Board of Trustees compared the list of unpaid taxes to the original 2017 tax role. The board also compared the 2017 tax warrant to the 2017 tax role. The certificate was then signed by each board member.
Mayor Letica made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Trustee Ettinger.

The January 23, 2018 Special board meeting of the Board of Trustees was adjourned at approximately 4:25pm.
